How to install - 

1. Goto CWM recovery (power+home) if you dont have CWM you can intall here


2. wipe data/factory reset


3. wipe cache


4. wipe dalvik cache


5. wive battery stats


6. wipe data/factory reset


7. wipe cache


8. wipe data/factory reset


9. wipe cache


10. select intall zip from sdcard


11. select chose zip from sdcard


12. select downloaded zip file


13. select yes install xxxxxxxxxxxx.zip


14. wait for finish and then reboot and you will see XperiaTized V12 ROM


15. you are done
